Accuracy & Conduct: You must provide genuine, accurate information. Fake profiles, misleading data, abusive behavior, or demanding/offering dowry will result in immediate account termination and potential legal reporting.

User Liability: You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. You must independently verify backgrounds before proceeding.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Swayamwar Matrimony harmless from any claims, legal actions, or damages arising from your use of the platform or your interactions with other users.

Intellectual Property: All content and logos belong to Swayamwar Matrimony and may not be reused without permission.

Modification & Termination: We reserve the right to modify these terms, discontinue services, or terminate accounts without prior notice.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
